Carow · Architects · Planners, LLC has worked on various projects for Roosevelt University's Auditorium Building beginning in 1971. The following are some of those services:

Master planning of the building for functional uses and budgetary / phasing development. Space planning and design for renovating and expanding: the historic second floor lounges and grand stair, the University's administrative offices including the Bursar, Purchasing, Public Relations, and other miscellaneous offices, and the Wabash Ave. entries. Additional projects included the renovation and expansion of computer laboratories and lounge areas on the second floor as well as window and other exterior repairs, replacements, and modifications that were implemented by phases.
