Brandt Development
Oak Lawn, Illinois

Design and construction documents for an $8.2 million project as a first phase to redevelop the downtown of Oak Lawn for the Village Board and Matanky Realty. The site for the project was the southeast corner of 95th Street and 52nd Avenue close to the Metra Station. The project consisted of an eight story building with 75 units of housing, 15,000 sq. ft. of commercial, and interior parking for 78 cars. An entry park was created on 95th Street, as well as parking to serve the commercial spaces. The project lost funding in a public referendum and was not constructed.
